I believe there are many posted regarding this matter.

Basically what you will have to do is have your EB3 labor certified, and get the EB3 140 approved.

Then you can get the EB2 LC, and file 140 under EB2, attach approved EB3 140, request the PD carry over.

Once you get the EB2 140 approved, you will have the new PD (current) to file 485.
