山不转水转,终于轮到我了, I-485 批啦!

TODAY, RECEIVED A BUNCH OF E-MAILS FROM USCIS, BOTH ME AND MY HUSBAND'S I485 WERE APPROVED ON MAY 9TH.

HERE ARE THE TIMELINES FOR OUR CASE:

I-140 EB2-NIW, RD 09/2004, AD 06/2005
I-485 RD 05/2005
First FP 09/2005, code 3
REF 08/2006 (Medical Exam for both, employment verification for my
hu*****and)
REF received on 09/19/2006
Second FP 01/2007, code 3 for both of us.

Called the USCIS twice during the whole process, the first time was 2 weeks after they received my I-485 REF, was told "Name checking pending" for both of us. The second time was right after the second FP, was told my case "is waiting assignment to an officer", and my hu*****and's case "pending name check". That's all.

GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WHO ARE STILL WAITING. PATIENCE IS THE KEY.
