Need recommendation for a good WOM lawyer in bay area

I am stuck in name check for my N-400 application. Filed a lawsuit myself against USCIS and FBI in 2/07. Still stuck in name check. Can anyone recommend me a good lawyer in the bay area to continue my case, becase I just got a motion to dismiss letter from US attorney's office. Thanks.
