在墨西哥申请J2转F1可行吗？如果被拒了还能以J2回美国吗？

求助：

老公拿到Finance专业的offer,他是J2，我们想在墨西哥转成F1，这样他就不会受我身份的影响了。不知可能性大吗？学校international office的人说即使被据了，还是能以J2身份回来读书。不知可信吗？请好心人帮忙！
