LC-based I-140

I am planning to file a LC-based I-140 by myself. My LC was approved but now my lawyer asks extra condtion for continuing the process. I am seeking help from experts who have experience in filing LC-based I-140. Could you please tell me what supporting documents are required? Thanks a lot.
