请交流近期北京h1b签证的情况，谢谢，6月要回国

我是在美F1转H1b的。140已经批了，在等485 排期。夏天要回国开会，我在商学院。请问这种情况，会background check吗？
除了在网上填表，交费，预约，和有关H1b的文件，其它还要准备什么吗？
有人知道现在预约到什么时候了吗？
