If my hu*****and would like to wait to file a divorce paper until I get the permanent green card, that means we file jointly, how much is the chance for me to succeed and how long does it normally take? It took me only 3 months to get the conditional green card. How do you think about hiring a lawyer about this? Thanks a lot!
