I-140 Premium Processing pending 1８天了．还没有消息．

我之前打电话，被告知需要律师或者雇主才能透露消息。
律师打电话，也没有获得任何消息，说只能等notice.

这个notice需要多长时间呢？还有，是不是被据了就要等notice，批准了就会告诉结果。
