假如我是南京出生的，但是我的护照上面出生地一栏写着省名江苏。请问在填485及相关表格的时候，问到city and country of birth是应该怎么填？是填南京还是江苏？我的理解是问的是城市，所以应该天南京。但是好像表格后面的说明要求和护照一致。但是护照上面只有省名。到底怎么填呀？谢谢！
