change job after H1B extended to 7th year

I've got I-140 and PERM approved but did not file I-485 because of the retrogression. My H1-B had already reached to its 6th year, and I just had it extended for another 3 years. I'm planning to change my job to another company with similar job responsibility.

Is there any legal issues I should consider to change my job? Thanks!
