6月的排期到底会前进多少？

据说EB2会到04/2006,有这么乐观吗？是不是11000的名额都释放出来给EB2/EB3用啊？是不是中国和印度的EB2就不受7%的限制了？

有识之士请说道说道，看看是否正确？
