I have the similar experience. I fighted, but the boss give me an termination letter. I appealed, I got an fair response, but the boss is mad, and he said negative about me.You must hold an offer in your hands now, then try to fight back.The boss gave me an outstanding review, but a minor salary increase with long long increase delay.
