Sorry, I made a typo. below is correct:
EB1-C,NSC
I140 RD:2006/6/12, AD:2007/3/15
FP:2006/11/1, CODE 3
I485 RD:2006/8/28, AD:2007/4/25
Back to the time I filed my application (last year August), you have no choice but NSC, they select some cases and send them to TSC. My case has been with NSC from begining with; no updates on I-140 until approval; one update after FP on I-485.
