i have posted a similar question more than 4 times but never got clear answers. my question may sound naive, but please advise.

my question is on eb1a vs niw.
I was told that eb1a would be faster than niw. however, can a niw petitioner file for i140 and 485 concurrently? if yes, why is eb1a faster?
