Recommendation on Letterhead?

I got a letter of recommendation for my GC application under EB1b from a scientist in a research laboratory in USDA/ARS. But the letter was printed on a regular copy paper, not letterhead because USDA/ARS policy does not allow any of their employees to use this agency logo. My concern is whether USCIS will consider this letter seriously.
