Those who got help from first lady

on name check issues (and/or other issues)

could choose to send a thank you letter to first lady office. For one thing, they deserve the appreciation. For another, doing so can encourage first lady office to continue to help later on people who have trouble.

We all need encouragement with which we can do a better job.
