Urgent Help, Please!

I asked this questions before. Here I give detail information. I really need help from everyone. Now I am in H1b and will expire this Oct. But my 485 is pending and got EAD. My wife's H1b has been approved and now she is in OPT. I plan to invite my parents to visit us. someone told me it is quiet danger to invite my parents come becuase my H1b expires soon. What do I need do if I want to invite my parents visit us soon? are there other ways that I can invite my parents and they can safely get visa?
