Pro FB people can argue the same way that most H1B's and probably EB based GC's (especially NIW, EB1) were handed to just mediocre people who agree to take a lower salary in order to immigrate. -- Given the high employment rate as of today in US, you really want to argue employers can not fill job openings with citizens?

This is not my opinion but from anti-immigration groups.
