How to change from H-1 to EAD at the same job?

Sorry that I can't type Chinese now. I'm hoping the experts here can help me with this question. My EAD got approved yesterday, and I want to change my work status from H-1 to EAD, even though it's the same job. What should my company and I do? It's not a normal case when people use EAD for their next job, so I asked a couple of people and no one knows. I would really appreciate if if anyone with the same experience could give me some informations.
