请教： H1第七年延期，previous petition #是填140吗？

H1B第七年延期，140去年2月批准了，485pending 一年。这次延期可以延一年还是三年？哪里可以找到官方条文？

另外，填129表，有个地方搞不清楚：

3. If you checked Box 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, or 2f, give the petition receipt number.

**** 这里是填上次H1B的延期批准吗？

4. Prior Petition. If the beneficiary is in the U.S. as a nonimmigrant and is applying tochange and/or extend his or her status, give the prior petition or application receipt #:

**** 这里是填我的I-485 receipt number吗？
