2nd FP done two month ago, name check was clear ( told by infopass one month ago), call USCIS today, Visa is not available, need to wait. how long I need to wait? Eb1 ted July 2005. someone got approved even they filed I 485 on Sept 2005. how to know the visa is avaible.did they process it in order?
