pls help: how to file my wife's I485

Hi. My RD of I140-EB2-NIW is 07/2005 (approved in 2006) and I filed myself's I485 in Sept, 2005, I will work for another university from the beginning of June.
SO if my EB2 is current in June or July, can I file my wife's I485, what additional documents do I need to since i work for another University, like the RD of I129 (new H1b for the new university)? Thank you for your advice.
