请教诸位我该怎办

I filed my I140 and I485 concurrently in Sept. 2004. My I140 was approved in Oct, 2005. Except the first fingerprint and notice of case transfer from VSC to TSC, Nothing has been happened so far. I am so depressed. What can I do or what should I do? Please give me your input. Thanks!!
