Today, I received a call from USCIS headquart in Washington DC. He asked me if my case is based on employment bases and he would like to know my I-140 receipt number. I told him my receipt number and asked if it is possible to expedite my case. He said he has nothing to tell me about my case. My name check has been processed and finalized two times.
Can I know what this means? Thanks!
