how to process our application?

My LG EB3 LC was approved. Because of PD, he is applying for EB2 via PERM, doing ad now. I am H4 and I am expecting EAD and visit china asap. Could some friend give me suggestion, what is the best way to process our application in order to save time? Do we need I140 for both EB2 and EB3? can we file I140, 485 at the same time for both EB2 and EB3? thanks!
