Is I 129 and I 797 the same paper?

I received H-1 B approval notice. Is it called I 797 form? Should I have another paper called I 129? I am going to Canada for a two entry visa stamp. Some one said I have to bring both original I 797 and I 129. But I only have a H-1 B approval notice. Does anyone tell me if there is another paper called I 129? Thanks
