请教,如何办理J-2豁免?

我J-2 来美,后来转成F-1, 然后 H1-B. 老公已经完成两年义务, 但我没有.
I am working with my H1-B visa and have an I-485 pending. Would anybody know how to pursue an J-2 waiver independently?
