求教: 从收到485Approval到拿到绿卡大概要多少时间?

我的H1快到期了 (还有1个多月). 刚受到USCIS的EMAIL说485被批准,批准信已经寄出. 请问大家下面还有些什么程序? 大概多少时间可以拿绿卡?
单位正在给我办H1的延期,还没有递出去,还要让他们继续办吗?
