i140-efile question. Help please!

i am doing I140-E-FILE and am not sure about the following question:

Is the person's native alphabet other than Roman letters?
(If yes, provide the beneficiary's foreign address on a separate piece of paper that contains the applicant's name, part #, associated question and A#.)

Yes or NO. If yes, for E-file, how can I attach a paper with chinese charactor and what is "part #, associated question and A#"? Also where shoud I attach the paper to?
