婆婆若在美国呆1年，是延期好，还是用MULTIPLE ENTRIES再入境好？

婆婆若在美国呆1年，是延期好，还是用MULTIPLE ENTRIES再入境好？她快呆到半年了，不知道采用哪种办法最保险，可以再呆半年。若中间回国2个月，不知再入关会不会有问题，能给半年吗？
