My LC and I-140 have been approved and waiting for priority date to file I-485.

If I take a new job and at the same time concurrent file to reduce my current job to half-time (full-time new job and half-time old job).When my priority date becomes current, can I file my I-485 based on my previous approved LC and I-140 filed by my old employer? The LC and I-140 were based on full-time job.
