What catagory is your case? EB1? Is your I-140

approved? Have your finger print been taken? I don't know whether the Ref suggested your NC clear. I have similar situation as yours. Two months ago, I had medical Exam with X-ray without TB skin test, 140 approved more than one month ago from NSC, FP has been done half month ago. If we will definitely get Ref for the TB skin test, I wish it come as early as possible. Please keep us informed! Thanks!
