I-485 approved but only Code 1 done

On 11/23/06 I got an "Approval Notice Sent" email on my I-485 (TSC) but there have not been any messages after. I am a bit concerned since my biometrics processing that was done 8/22/2006 was Code 1 (FP only) and apparently TSC does not have the digital picture and index FP for my card. After about 4 months of my I-485 approved, I did not receive biometrics appointment notice letter and Green Card. Should I just wait for a new (Code 2 or 3?) appointment notice or should I try calling TSC or Local office and schedule Code 2 or 3 appt myself?
Is there anyone else in the same boat?
