the effect of the name on NC

Now I don't believe that the special name can get NC clear fast. My name is very very special. My case was filed almost 4 month ago, but today I called the USCIS and was told my NC is still pending. But I heard a lot of people get cleared within three month.Hope to get it clear soon.
