1。 file 8843 and claim your $5000 tax exempt income
input net income( after 5000 deduction) to federal 1040 NR or NR EZ
notice: NO 5000 deduction for STATE tax returns

2. deduct personal exempt amount which is 3050 this year and file other nessesary items
