xiaobaitu,I applied I-130 for my daughter last year. I have green card. if I marry a Americna citizen, I should file a new I-130 with his citizenship or I can apply k-4 for her so she can be here soon? Please help.My exhu*****and always fight us when he go back China. I want bring my daughter here so my ex cannot bother us .
