Thanks. I am wondering if the PHD training is considered as research experience. I just joined in the company last Dec..

Another question, my PhD training is about mechanism of cancer induction, while my current job is to evaluate anticancer drugs in a pharmaceutical company. Is t considered as " same field"? Please advise.
