Xiaobaitu, please help on my wife's advanced parole

HI, Ms Xiao Baitu,

my wife applied Advanced parol in March, but she had to travel to China on May 3rd. We were told the process could cont a couple of month. that means she can not get her advance parol before her travel. last year she had used EAD for her job. we got two questions here:
1) can she apply entry visa to USA in China? she holds H-4 visa right now. what kind visa cna hse apply?
2)Before her advance parol is proved, can she travel or leave UAS? and I can mail the proved document to her in this case will she get in trouble to entry USA?

do weh have other options for there serious situation?
