请问收过government-paid subsidy 会影响GC application 吗?

I am not sure is the subsidy considered as one of government paid but let say I take it as one of it. Will it affect my GC approval? The subsidy is related with Consumer Assistance Program (CAP) in CA. In which, my car failed the smog check and the mechanical introduced me this program which if I am eligible, I will receive not over USD500 for repairing you vehicle. So, will this affect my GC application and approval in the future? Thank you very much ahead!
