收到第二次打指纹的通知，可孩子没有收到，正常吗？该怎么办？

请教各位热心的朋友们，你们有没有遇到这样的情况呢？我们的485从加州转到Lincoin,刚收到第二次打指纹的通知，可是孩子却没有收到通知，是否正常？要不要打电话问呢？
