thank all of you about the answer.
i filed my i485 & 140 together on Jan,2004.
either i extend my H1-B before Apr 30,2004 which my H1-B expires on this day, i can still work with the recept of H1-b. extention.
or, i go to local INS office for the interim EAD cad.
am i right.
