Canadian Baby Visa

Hi, I (H1b) have a baby born in Canada and holding
a Candian passport. Will my baby need a H4
visa to come to U.S.? The US consulate website says
that Canadian citizens do not need a visa. Does that
apply to a baby? If my baby does not need a visa, what is his status when he is in U.S.?
