急问小白兔等大侠F1会冲掉H1B身份吗？

准备从公司辞职。在找到下一份工作之前的gap期间打算用F1 pending保持身份。但是担心如果先找到新工作，新H1B批准后，F1又被批准了。这种情况下F1会冲掉H1B吗？

考古看到有人说只要新的F1不在SEVIS里激活就不会生效，所以没有问题。请问是这样吗？
