plan to file WOM, seeking suggestions!!!!!

I filed my family-based 485 in march 2003, and NC went to FBI in May that year. It has been hold for 4 years and still pending.

I tried senator, first lady, local FBI, USCIS... nothing worked.

I am thinking to file WOM, and contaced lawyers. It seems they are not very willing to take WOM cased now.

Please give me suggestions can I go for DIY, or any recommended lawyers?
