Xiaobaitu, Please help!

My daughter got lettet from local office of USCIS for Certificate of Citizenship Ceremony. The appointment is at the end of April. However, we plan to go to China in early June. Within about 5 weeks in between, she will not have enough time to get US passport and China visa. If we tell them she is unable to attend, what will happen? Can she get another appointment within this year?
