婚姻的无奈与绿卡

我是婚姻绿卡,丈夫是公民,二婚.我一直独身到50岁,嫁给他后才来的美国. 来后才发现丈夫一直和一个女人有性关系,我想离婚,可是听说条件绿卡必须等5年才能转为正式的绿卡,是这样的吗?谢谢大家.
