Xiao Bai-Tu et al., Please help me this situation

Dear all,

My mum has a heavy sick, I'll want to come back to have a visit. But I have mnay concerns about my immigration case. I am in H1 visa.

My I140 was denied ~ 50 days ago, and thereafter appeal case was ted. Now the appeal case is in AAO Washington.

I do not know if there will be problem to back to USA if I would go back to China right now? Can you all give me suggestions what's best way I should use right now? please help.
