小白兔，各位好心人请帮忙，妈妈B2 延期遇到问题
我帮妈妈申请了延期，网站上说批准了，给我们邮寄了，但是邮局，不认识妈妈的名字把信，给退回去了，网站上说，信被退回。我马上给移民局服务线，打了电话，让在给我们邮寄一份；每次服务员，都填写request form 给移民局，还给我referral number.　但是，也不能查到结果。我有以下问题。
１） 妈妈要是现在，想回家，妈妈怎么出境？没有原始的I-94.妈妈下次入境，会有问题吗？
２） 我在Dallas，　我可不可以，约移民管面谈，拿到信。
