Fingerprint question

I received a letter from USCIS yesterday and told me that FBI was unable to process my fingerprint card and let me do fingerprint again (code 3) (thrid time).
my background: NIW/I485 filed on 10/2004, 140 NIW approved 5/2005, seond FP done on 12/2006 and got a LUD said my fingerprint review was completed. Now get this notice. Does anyone here have the same experience? Thanks a lot for sharing.
