I want to know how long it takes to get 委托签证. I will go back beijing on 05/18/2007 and come back US on 06/02/2007. Do I have enough time?

I called the 中信银行 and they told me the process will take 8 days.
I got my last H-1 Visa stamp in Nov, 2006.
